Applications to Fascia, Fluid, and Energy

Applications to Fascia, Fluid, and Energy

Distinguish yourself as a manual therapist by broadening your knowledge and treatment skills in the abdominal area. This class teaches you how to manually address the entire abdomen via the circulatory, nervous, fascial, and chi systems, creating better function, less pain, and more organ mobility. Detox and self-care routines are discussed and practiced. Learn to access and directly affect the major metabolic systems that power the belly and to initiate and practice a detox routine that facilitates systemic wellness.

Applications to Fascia, Fluid, and Energy students learn to…

  • Access the enteric nervous system
  • Contact the circulation of chi and relax the entire body
  • Enhance breath throughout the trunk
  • Work with the core connective tissue structures (parietal peritoneum, roots of mesentery, and mesocolon) to address long-held postural distortions in the hip, spine, and low back
  • Influence lymph and blood circulation throughout the belly – the essence of detox!
  • Address the pelvic bowl organs, coccyx, and pelvic floor
  • Intelligently discuss the major systems of the belly and how they work together

If you are interested in the guts, abdomen, digestive and reproductive systems, or simply want to expand your manual therapy palette, this course is the best place to start. We recommend that you complete this first series before specializing further.
